Minimum Qualification

·       Diploma in Mechanical OR Air Conditioning.

Minimum Experience

·       Overall 5 + years of on-site experience in real estate/retail industry OR any other relevant experience in similar field.

·        Primary Knowledge of installation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting equipment’s and systems with minimum experience.

Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

·       Responsible for execution of all HVAC, MEP at the project site in coordination with various contractors, consultants and internal teams

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

·       Check whether the project timelines and individual schedules for the various areas including HVAC, MEP have been provided to the concerned contractors.

·       Provide the individual drawings as well as coordination drawing for all HVAC areas to the appointed MEP contractors.

·       Ensure coordination with the QA/ QC team to undertake the quality testing of the material/s coming in.

·       Monitor the adherence to specified timelines/ schedules for the completion of various phases of HVAC and escalate the non-adherences or delays in the schedule.

·       Ensure that the safety norms are followed by the contractor’s workforce and adequate safety arrangement are made in case of high rise structures .

MEP Services

·       Undertake daily checks/ inspections of every area for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting equipment installations and fittings to ensure adherence to drawings and highlight issues

·       Undertake complete testing of all equipment and service, electrical systems across all areas of the project-site including floor –wise, shaft-wise, central plant and final testing

·       Ensure that the main equipment control and electricity load/ consumption is managed effectively by the BMS
