 Minimum Experience

4 – 6 years of experience in MIS

Special Skills/Attributes

(required for performing the job effectively)

  • Experience in MIS, Business, analytics, Eye for Detail and Micro Management.
  • Awareness of current web technology and tools (e.g. Search tools, Tracking tools, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail; strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills;
  • Strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task; analysis and problem solving skills; negotiation skills; ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

Providing the informative data to the management with in the timeline. To identify the strength & weakness, providing alternative solutions. To streamline & implementation of the processes.

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have,  to achieve the key objectives)

  • Preparations of all type of MIS (Monthly, weekly & daily) & submission with in timelines.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Analyze business information to identify process improvement for increasing business efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Follow-up and collection the data from all the departments timely manner
  • Works closely with all HOD's to analyses data & provide intelligent reports based on historical and forecasted data.
  • Expertise in analyses, planning & maintaining data base
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency & consistency.
  • Perform data analyses for generation report on periodic basis.
  • Provide strong reporting & analytical information support to the management.
  • Generate both periodic & ad hoc report as needed.
  • Analysis KPI's and prepare report explaining key reasons for the variances
